Not just Beautiful, but Structurally Sound and Comfortable
Every home is structurally and mechanically engineered to last a lifetime. These "cornerstone" areas are too often cut back to detriment of the homeowner. Thomas David builds it right.

The soil and site are carefully inspected and, if need be, improved to accept the structure. An engineered foundation and footing, engineered joist, platform and roof are standard. An extensive perimeter waterproofing package, a true drain tile and gravel backfill with operational sump(s) are installed on every home. 

Appropriately specified HVAC systems ensure your comfort in every room. Energy wise windows and doors, insulation specifications and vapor barriers ensure best use of your utility dollars.
